A minha experiência com a Loja Ortopédica foi absolutamente lamentável.... Comprei um produto como prenda de natal, contudo a pessoa em questão não o quiz. Entretanto tentei devolver o produto e foi-me recusado e enviaram de volta o produto, isto porque a caixa estava danificada... MAS o produto estava intacto! Eu devolvi o produto na caixa original em que me foi enviado, que já vinha danificada quando chegou da primeira vez! Veio sem nenhuma proteção ou saco, apenas a caixa original e eu apenas devolvi o produto nas mesmas condições em que o recebi. Ou seja, não foi por ele ser devolvido apenas na embalagem original que a caixa ficou danificada, porque a caixa já chegou assim em minha casa! Sem saco, sem nada para a proteger. Depois dizem-me que não aceitam devolução porque não vinha num saco ou caixa a proteger a caixa original, quando eles não o fazem da primeira vez..... Acho isto absolutamente irónico, tendo em conta que obrigam os clientes a seguir um procedimento diferente para devoluções. Além disso, ainda tive de pagar 5€ para devolver o artigo... A prenda era para o Natal, e eu ao receber o artigo com a caixa original em mau estado e o produto intacto não o devolvi. Porque se fosse proceder à devolução e aguardar uma nova entrega, a data teria passado, arruinando o propósito da compra. A caixa não ficou assim por minha culpa enquanto cliente, mas sim pelo processo de entrega! Para além do que, acho inadmissível não aceitarem a devolução por causa de uma caixa quando o produto está intacto, apenas a caixa danificada, e quando os danos causados na caixa não foram causados por mim!

A loja está enganando as pessoas ao aumentar os preços na hora. Chamam isso de "atualização", mas, por lei, precisam atualizar os preços antes de os colocarem na página. Isso é um crime econômico. Além disso, o serviço de garantias quase não existe. Precisei ligar para eles para lembrar que o prazo de 30 dias estava terminando, e o formulário só foi enviado no último dia. Quando pedi a resolução do contrato, é claro que não consegui nada, porque Portugal protege mais as lojas que pagam impostos do que os consumidores.
