Expedition of Orders

Except in exceptional situations and punctual all the orders are delivered in three working days;


Our supply capacity is limited to the availability of the existing stock. In the case of rupture of stock, the articles will be shipped later and the ccustomer will be notified by e-mail or phone that your order left our facilities.



All deliveries will be made at the address indicated by the Customer and are currently the responsibility of CTT Expresso and the carrier Azkar, depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery service has national coverage and is processed in working days between 08h00 and 19h00.



Payment can be made by Atm (Entity: 21312; Reference: 999 942 336), by Bank Transfer to the NIB 0010 0000 39904640001 34 (BPI) or payment;
In the first and second modalities, the order is shipped after confirmation of a bank, which in the first mode is immediate;
In the orders with weight greater than or equal to 30 kg payment is by paypal or Bank Transfer compulsorily and the same is only issued after confirmation bank;
The cheques should be issued to the order of Happylife, Lda.


Warranties, Claims and Returns

The movable non-consumable items have a warranty of two years, under the conditions of use and care provided for in the respective instructions.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from errors in assembly or disassembly of or resulting from improper handling of the equipment.
The Client has 14 days, from the date of receipt of the order to proceed with the return of the article;
The returned items must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with the number of units complete, plus all the handouts and guarantees;
The restitution of the values of the products will be made after the receipt of the articles in our facilities and verification of their status.



The prices indicated on this website include VAT at the legal rate in force and will be properly broken down in the invoice;
Any spelling mistakes in the marking of the articles may be reason for annulment of the order, if the customer does not agree with the actual price.


In the case of a web site, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to make changes in prices, sizes or any other value is here denoted, as well as the carrier or transport company;
Changes may occur at the level of description, packaging, technical specifications of the articles.
These changes do not determine any reduction in the level of quality and efficiency of the product;
Any dissimilarity verified between the product and the picture in the catalog does not determine the loss or impairment of the quality of the article, and this by itself may not be reason for return.
