Manufactured by the brand Orliman® Ref C44, in a single piece of harness-shaped POROMAX net fabric, with an anatomically developed shoulder pad to attach to the shoulder. It has a front part, which is made up of a flap that hugs the forearm and a back part, made up of two bands, one of which has a cavity to accommodate the elbow of the arm and an extended part at the end with a micro hook closure . At the other end, two bands are born, one of which hugs the opposite side, passing under the armpit and at its end has a micro hook for fixation. The other band goes through the opposite shoulder, acting as a relief belt, with a micro hook system at its end for fixation, these elements are united through a regulation belt in the front area.
