Hot and Cold Gel Compress for Breast
The cold/heat gel compress is an efficient aid for the direct application of heat and cold to the desired area. Due to its size and shape, it is ideal for use on the breast, designed for use during pregnancy, maternity and after an operation.

Recommendations for Use

▪ Cold (Freezer): place the compress in the freezer at least 15-20 minutes before use, it is advisable to cover the compress with a clean towel while it is being used.

▪ Heat (Hot water bath): prepare a pot with water and heat. When the water is hot but not boiling, soak the compress in the water for 10-15 minutes. When removing the compress from the water, wait at least a minute before applying.

▪ Heat (Microwave): check if the gel is distributed by the compress before placing it in the microwave. Heat the compress for 50 seconds in the microwave with little power (the time will vary depending on the power of the microwave). If you want to heat more, do it at 10 seconds breaks until you reach the desired temperature. Wait at least one minute before applying.
