The Anti-Bedsore Mattress PolyMulti Visco from Systam® (Ref. P181MPPMHI) is a 14 cm clinical mattress designed to provide anatomical support, comfort and effective pressure redistribution for users with very limited mobility.

Manufactured with two functional foam sectors — viscoelastic foam and high-resilience (HR) foam — it increases the body’s contact surface with the mattress, dispersing pressure and reducing the risk of friction. The MULTIBEARING upper zone combines two materials with different firmness levels — one firmer and one softer — ensuring the ideal balance between support and comfort.

The sacral and heel zones include 4 cm of viscoelastic foam (80 kg/m³) for enhanced relief in high-risk areas.

Care & Hygiene

• ▪ After unrolling: allow 24–48 hours before use for full decompression.
• ▪ Foam cleaning: clean only the surface using a damp cloth and mild detergent (do not submerge in water).
• ▪ Polymaille cover: washable up to 95°C and compatible with hospital disinfection protocols.

Tip: In cold weather, keep the mattress in a warm room before installation to facilitate expansion.
