Bruxicalm Night Mouthguard for Bruxism (Prim) was designed to help protect your teeth from involuntary grinding and clenching during the night, with maximum comfort. This anti-bruxism mouthguard is customizable and anatomically shaped, allowing a more natural, comfortable fit while you sleep and helping reduce tooth wear associated with nighttime bruxism.

Indications

  • ▪ Nighttime bruxism (involuntary clenching/grinding of teeth during sleep).
  • ▪ Periods of stress that cause tooth friction while sleeping.

Instructions for use

Important: fitting must be done on the upper teeth.

  1. Heat water to around 70°C.
  2. Hold the mouthguard by the protruding part with the logo and fully submerge it in water for: 12 seconds (Bruxicalm Day); 30 seconds (Bruxicalm Night and Sport).
  3. Remove it from the water, shake off excess water, and gently widen the sides so they don’t fold when placing it in your mouth.
  4. Place the mouthguard in your mouth (upper arch) and close your mouth without clenching your teeth.
  5. With lips closed, create suction (inhale) for 1 minute so it moulds to your teeth.
  6. Press with your fingers to improve the fit.
  7. Remove and place it in cold water for at least 20 minutes to set the shape.
  8. Trim the protruding logo tab flush with the mouthguard.
  9. If it feels too long, trim the ends following the cut marks.
  10. After each use, wash with a toothbrush and cold water.
