How does the scooter reach you?
- ▪ Your scooter arrives, via DHL courier, on a pallet, with the batteries next to it, outside the scooter.
- ▪ Check all the equipment on receipt of the order, in order to see if everything is ok.
Start using
- ▪ Securely fix the batteries to the chair structure, so that there are no oscillations or vibrations, which could cause electrolyte to be spilled.
- ▪ Fully charge the battery before first use.
Handling and usage recommendations
- ▪ Charge the batteries daily. Batteries are capable of charging overnight and overcharging them does not affect their condition, that is, they are not "addictive".
- ▪ Respect the battery charge status indicators on the equipment. Avoid deep discharges.
- ▪ Never, at any time, discharge more than the 2 red lights on, running the risk of the battery becoming completely unusable.
- ▪ If you don't use the scooter for a while, you should always keep the battery charged.
