How to use?
- ▪ Attach the balloon to the flat end of the nasal piece.
- ▪ Hold the rounded part firmly against the left nostril and close the right nostril.
- ▪ Inhale deeply through the mouth, close it, and inflate the balloon through the left nostril until it reaches the size of an orange.
- ▪ Swallow several times while keeping the balloon inflated against the nostril.
- ▪ Repeat the process with the right nostril.
