Recommendations for Use

▪ Cold (Freezer): keep the compress in the freezer for 30 minutes before each use. After that time, wrap in a dry towel.

▪ Heat (Hot water bath): Insert the compress in hot water (maximum 80 degrees celsius) for 10-15 minutes. Then wrap the compress in a dry towel.

▪ Heat (Microwave): heat (800 W maximum) in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. If the desired temperature is not reached, the compress can be heated for another 10 seconds.
